Private Clients

Photo Clients ($800 per rider) includes daily photo coverage of competition, awards, and candids around the show.  Photos are Social Media/Web Resolution quality. They will be delivered via digital download to a private online gallery and updated throughout the week. Please use the download button in your gallery for the best quality digitals. Galleries are linked to the email provided. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive a gallery link after your first day of competition. 

Video Clients ($500 per rider) will receive high quality edited video clips, perfect for making reels. All videos will be edited before being sent to the client via a Dropbox link to download onto your device. The link will be sent through email. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive a gallery link after your first or second day of competition. 

Full Client Coverage: Photo & Video ($1000) Includes everything listed above. If you want a specific class videoed or photographed, this needs to be specified and finalized within 1 week of the show. I will try my best to accommodate your request if possible. 

Multiple Horses ($250 per horse) If the Rider has multiple horses/ponies please list each horse's name and what divisions they will be competing in. This coverage only includes the Rider listed and riding the horse(s) listed. 

Barn Discount If there are multiple riders/horses from the same barn that would like coverage, a barn discount can be discussed/applied to your totals. Reach out to me for further details.

Private Client Agreement

This agreement is between one photography subject/person, hereby known as the Rider, and Summit & Sosie Photography. This agreement is for coverage of one show week. If you are only competing one or two days out of a week long show there is no price adjustment. Summit & Sosie Photography is not liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this agreement, which have become impossible because of circumstances beyond Summit & Sosie Photography's reasonable control. Such circumstances include without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, or closure of event under which this agreement is intended to be performed. If the event is cancelled for any circumstances, Summit & Sosie Photography will refund the monetary value of the unused portion of the contract if less than 50% of the agreement was completed.

If the Rider, for any reason other than those listed above, cannot attend the event, does not end up competing in the event, or chooses to terminate the agreement, Summit & Sosie Photography is not obligated to refund the contracted amount. Agreements will be evaluated on an individual basis.
